The Special Olympics will be held this Saturday, the 13th at Presidential Park Elementary School, 48 Roosevelt Avenue, Middletown, NY 10940
Spectators can go to the Upper Level Gymnasium. A few of our students from 3rd to 6th grade will be participating. Please come to all or part of the event and support the team if you can! There will be food concessions open from 11am to 1pm FREE OF CHARGE.
The following events are scheduled at the listed times:
9am-9:30 Opening Ceremonies (Upper Level Gymnasium)
9:30-11:30 Qualifying Round (Upper Level & Lower Level Gymnasium)
12:30-2:30 Competition Round (Upper Level & Lower Level Gymnasium)
2:30-3:00 Closing Ceremonies & Medals (Upper Level Gymnasium)

The bids shall be in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, and Terms of this Contract. On Wednesday April 10, 2024, a Special School Board Meeting will be held at the JSHS at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of awarding the bid contracts for the capital improvement bond project.


Eldred Performing Arts Club (EPAC) presents ANNIE JR this weekend, March 22 & 23, at 7pm at the Junior Senior High School.
A cast of 30 Eldred students, grades 2 through 12, have been working hard to prepare and perform this classic musical tale.

REVISIONS TO SCOPE OF WORK:
Item 1: Clarification – In reference to the previously provided pre-bid walkthrough RFI stated below, the Site Contractor (SC contract) shall also be responsible for any repair work needed for the entrance road to the fields:
“Item 4: Can you provide information on whom is responsible for the entrance to the fields and or lower parking lot? Being there is only one entrance to the fields and the amount of equipment and material delivered to the site the entrance road will need to be cleared and or trimmed and pavement restored a projects end.
Response: The Site Contractor shall selectively trim branches from the trees on the sides of the entrance road as needed for equipment and delivery access. The Contractor shall take pre-construction photographs to document the existing pavement conditions of the entrance road to the fields area, and any damage caused by the Contractor restored to a condition equal to or better than the existing conditions.”
Item 2: Sheet C-106 Stormwater Plan – In regards to the note identifying proposed retaining walls to be verified by contractors due to existing topography, assume an additional 2,000 square feet of specified retaining wall for bidding purposes.
Item 3: Sheet C-551 Wall Profiles – If necessary, approved alternates can be considered for the Keystone brand retaining wall blocks. For bidding purposes, assume comparable units to “Allan Block” manufacturer.
